1. Residents and Vacation Rentals ditching their Cable/ Satellite TV service.

2. Streaming UHD (UltraHighDefinition) 4k video from Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc...

3. Cell Phone Coverage... or lack there of work around. (hint: WiFi Calling on your smart Cell Phones)

4. Telecommuting from work now actually feasible.
